Terms of Service — Rukai Technology

Service Scope

We provide comprehensive supply chain solutions, including international freight (air and sea), US domestic warehousing, and last-mile fulfillment. These services are provided through the collaboration of ZJ Supply Chain (China-side operations) and Rukai Technology (US-side operations).

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Any additional service-specific terms will be documented in your individual Service Agreement or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Prohibited Items & Restrictions

To maintain warehouse safety and regulatory compliance, we enforce the following restrictions:

PERFUME — STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Our warehouse facilities are strictly prohibited from storing or processing perfume. This policy applies to all warehouse locations without exception, due to flammability and hazmat classification concerns.

DANGEROUS GOODS (DG/HAZMAT) — US DOMESTIC ONLY

Our Dangerous Goods shipping services are limited exclusively to domestic transportation within the United States. We do not provide international DG/Hazmat shipping under any circumstances.

Clients are responsible for accurately declaring the contents of all shipments. Failure to disclose prohibited or restricted items may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal liability.

OMS & Technology Use

Clients are granted free, non-exclusive access to our Order Management System (OMS) to track inventory and manage fulfillment operations. This access is provided as a value-added service and is subject to the following conditions:

Non-Exclusive License: Access is granted solely for the purpose of managing your own logistics operations through our platform.
Data Security: Clients must comply with applicable data security standards and are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
Acceptable Use: The OMS may not be reverse-engineered, resold, or used for any purpose other than managing fulfillment through our warehouse network.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Liability & Claims

Our liability framework is designed to be transparent and fair:

Fulfillment Operations: We are responsible for fulfillment tasks executed within our managed warehouse network, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
International Transit: Liability for international freight (air and sea) is governed by the specific terms and conditions of the chosen freight carrier. We recommend appropriate cargo insurance for all international shipments.
Claims Process: Any claims regarding lost or damaged goods must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation. Claims submitted outside this window may be declined.
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the goods in question or the amount covered by applicable insurance, whichever is lower.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, where our primary US operations are based.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
